Job summary

HyperLight in Singapore is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Engineer to lead planning, procurement, and inventory management for its TFLN photonics supply chain. You will back up production planning, manage POs, track deliveries, and work with Finance to ensure accurate month-end closing.

The role requires 5+ years in similar roles, hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite, and strong Excel and cross-functional collaboration skills. A degree in a related field and APICS CPIM are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, planning, procurement, or related ops.
• Hands-on with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong Excel data analysis and reconciliation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with clear communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support production/materials planning and communicate schedule impacts.
• Maintain production schedules and material requirement plans.
• Monitor supplier lead times and flag disruptions early.
• Issue and manage purchase orders; coordinate with Procurement and Finance.
• Track open POs to delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist sourcing and evaluating suppliers per procurement policies.
• Maintain inventory records; perform cycle counts and adjustments.
• Ensure proper receiving, labeling and storage; coordinate inbound/outbound
• Assist in 3-way match process during month-end close.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities to cut costs.
• Uphold ethics and integrity in all supply chain activities.
