Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director, CCA Training & Programmes within the Student Development Office for a 2-year contract. You will lead and curate a suite of CCA and wellness programmes to drive student participation and holistic development.

You will oversee governance frameworks, policy oversight, incident management, and work with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality programmes while coaching senior managers on governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience in student development.
• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in student development, youth engagement or related programmes.
• Experience with governance, policy review and SOP implementation.
• Strong programme and event management with internal and external coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
• Certifications in safety, risk management or programme management are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate and implement CCA and wellness programmes to drive participation and holistic development.
• Review governance frameworks, policies and SOPs to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
• Establish escalation and incident management processes for student-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maximise programme impact.
• Coach and mentor Senior Managers and Managers to strengthen team effectiveness and risk management.
