Job summary

Nanyang Technological University invites applications for an Assistant Director/Manager to lead CCDS’s graduate programmes and continuing education portfolio. Reporting to the Head, Research and Graduate Programmes, the role focuses on strategic growth, governance, and financial sustainability.

You will build industry partnerships, design CET and graduate offerings, oversee operations with NTU PACE, and mentor a team of programme administrators to deliver high-quality learning experiences for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
8–10 years of programme management, business development, corporate training, or continuing education experience.
3–5 years of people-management experience.
Experience with senior leaders, faculty, and external partners.
Willingness to travel and occasional evening/weekend outreach events.

Responsibilities

Strategic Industry Engagement & Partnership Development: Build and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, employers, and training partners.
Programme Development & Corporate Training: Co-develop CET and Graduate Programmes aligned with SkillsFuture and adult learning needs; oversee end-to-end delivery.
Outreach, Recruitment & Stakeholder Engagement: Represent NTU CCDS at industry events and education fairs; grow programme visibility.
Funding, Operations and Performance Management: Ensure compliance with funding requirements and KPIs; monitor learner outcomes and revenue targets.
Team Management: Lead programme administrators and support outreach events.
