Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc is seeking a Senior L&D Specialist in Jurong, SG to lead learning strategies and execution. You will partner with site leadership to identify performance needs, design solutions, and drive program delivery across the organization.

You will oversee LMS practices, audit readiness, and competency-based curricula, while coaching L&D staff and engaging leaders on development planning and performance enablement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, education, or related roles.
• Experience identifying learning needs, developing and facilitating learning experiences, and using an LMS.
• Experience supervising or coaching Learning & Development staff in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of learning strategies and initiatives for a site, function, or business area.
• Consult with site leadership and stakeholders to identify performance needs and learning priorities.
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions using instructional design and blended delivery.
• Lead learning projects from intake to implementation, including planning and evaluation.
• Facilitate programs for teams, managers, leaders, and cross-functional groups.
