Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an experienced Knowledge Management professional to support the migration of information to government collaboration platforms and to guide departments on governance, setup and management of sites. You will develop initiatives to improve capture, organization and reuse of knowledge, and work with stakeholders to enhance processes and user adoption.

The role involves coordinating with various MAS departments, managing content lifecycle, and driving effective knowledge sharing

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in knowledge management, information management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in knowledge sharing, content management or user adoption.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of information to Whole-of-Government collaboration platforms.
• Guide departments in usage, governance, setup and management of collaboration sites.
• Develop and implement knowledge management initiatives to improve capture, organization and reuse.
• Review and improve knowledge management processes and practices with stakeholders.
• Assist in knowledge capture and information organization to improve accessibility and reuse.
• Support communications, training and user engagement to encourage adoption of new tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives.
