• Identify and assess key industry manpower challenges and skills needs.
• Manage strategic partners and engage companies to diagnose gaps.
• Recommend strategic human capital solutions based on business needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with government agencies and partners to implement manpower interventions.
• Consult with employers to promote HR practices and WSG programmes.
• Plan and review budgets and ensure policy compliance.
• Organise career events and industry engagements.
• Track programmes’ progress and analyse data for decisions.
