in Singapore seeks a senior IT operations and project delivery lead to manage CSP/CPG production systems, ensure service continuity and coordinate vendors, security, and compliance across multiple eServices. You will drive incident management, changes, budgets and governance, applying Agile or Waterfall where appropriate while coordinating with cloud teams on AWS/GCC hosting and production changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT project management and/or application operations experience, preferably in government/public sector.
• Experience managing mission-critical production systems, including incidents, changes, service requests and recovery activities.
• Experience with internet-facing eServices or business-critical services with multiple dependencies.
• Practical experience with AWS and/or GCC cloud environments, including production changes.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government ICT policies and security/compliance controls.
• Experience with IT/security audits and remediation.
• Experience with authentication integrations (Active Directory, Singpass, Corppass) and payment gateway integrations.
• Experience coordinating with financial institutions or payment providers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational management of CSP/CPG production systems, including availability, incidents, maintenance and recovery actions.
• Coordinate management of incidents, problems, changes and service requests, ensuring timely closure within SLAs.
• Manage dependencies across eServices and coordinate stakeholders to mitigate disruptions.
• Coordinate AWS/GCC hosting, capacity, access, monitoring, networking and infrastructure changes.
• Drive business continuity and operational readiness to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Plan and monitor budgets, expenditures, and service requests; identify variances and risks.
• Coordinate contractual governance, service reviews and performance escalations.
• Develop and maintain project plans and governance papers; apply Agile and/or Waterfall as appropriate.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain operational documentation.
