Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis, design, and delivery of new and existing systems for the public and private sectors.

You will collaborate with business units to translate needs into functional/technical specs, oversee UAT, and guide development using Java, JavaScript, Angular, and SQL within SDLC frameworks. Qualifications

• Five years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or related field.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Hands-on development using Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and related frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SDLC—waterfall, agile, or hybrid.
• Experience with government digital services or Singapore whole-of-government IT frameworks is a plus.
• Team player with initiative and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering and process modelling.
• Collaborate with business units to translate needs into clear functional and technical specs.
• Oversee system integration with external government platforms (Singpass, Corppass, GovTech).
• Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to meet requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members.
• Monitor system performance and drive improvements for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Prepare documentation including BRDs, functional specs, design docs, and test plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators to meet scope, budget, and timelines.
