Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Service Manager to oversee Portfolio Operations, Funding and Service Management across GovTech programs.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage subscriptions, billing, asset and service records, and ensure governance and security controls are in place. The role requires 8+ years in public-sector ICT environments, strong vendor and service delivery know-how, and excellent stakeholder communication to drive improvements with service

Qualifications

• Experience in public-sector or large-enterprise ICT environments.
• 8+ years GovTech-related service experience.
• Knowledge of MINDEF / SAF ICT operating context is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review IT processes and structures to align with business needs.
• Coordinate subscriptions, billing, funding, procurement and logistics interfaces.
• Maintain operational picture for service requests, quotas, migrations and actions.
• Coordinate GovTech, EUSS, TSMs, Service Reps, Finance and Procurement to closure.
• Governance, SOPs, RACI, process flows and handover packs; identify improvements.
