Job summary

You will drive maintenance strategies, oversee contracts, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations. You will evaluate service providers, manage performance against SLAs, support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts, and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement across IT systems.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in system maintenance or IT operations.
• Experience coordinating vendors and contracts in a regulated environment.
• Strong governance and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement maintenance strategies for systems, including renewals and technology refresh.
• Formulate maintenance contracts with clear SLAs and exit clauses.
• Evaluate service providers using tender processes and market benchmarking.
• Oversee daily system operations to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Manage provider performance and escalate issues to meet service levels.
• Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery exercises.
• Monitor KPIs for system health and maintenance effectiveness.
• Coordinate with technical teams for day-to-day configuration tasks.
