Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a portfolio of IT projects and services, aligning work with strategic goals while keeping quality, schedule, and budget in check. You will oversee resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagements to ensure customer satisfaction.

You will drive governance, manage multiple project teams, and foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
10+ years IT project/program management, incl. 5+ years large-scale programs.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, teams, vendors & stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and governance (Agile/ Scrum/ Waterfall).
Certifications such as PMP/ PgMP/ PRINCE2/ PMI-ACP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of multiple projects/services to meet strategic objectives.
Lead and govern multiple project teams to optimize resources and performance.
Manage program budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagements.
Establish governance frameworks to monitor performance and compliance.
Drive issue and risk management to protect delivery timelines.
Communicate with senior management on status and escalations.
Promote continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Serve as escalation point for program matters and resolve challenges promptly.
Deliver quality outcomes on schedule and within budget with high customer satisfaction.
