Sciente International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing professional to support procurement activities and supplier engagements for IT initiatives across a banking environment. The role will focus on IT contract review and negotiation, working closely with Procurement, Legal and IT stakeholders to manage contractual risks and optimize value from suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or related discipline.
• Must have relevant experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing or IT contract management.
• Hands-on experience reviewing and negotiating IT contracts with suppliers.
• Good understanding of procurement processes, contractual risks and compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the procurement and contracting of IT initiatives across banking environment, including reviewing and negotiating IT contracts with suppliers.
• Work closely with Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Legal and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure contracts support business objectives.
• Review contractual terms, identify gaps and potential risks, and advise stakeholders on the implications and appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support supplier negotiations to achieve favourable commercial outcomes, including cost savings and cost avoidance.
• Ensure procurement and contracting activities comply with the Bank's policies, processes, standards and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers throughout the contracting process.
• Support a strong risk and compliance culture through clear communication and effective management of contractual matters.
