SCIENTE seeks an experienced IT Procurement/Strategic Sourcing professional to support procurement activities and supplier engagements for IT initiatives in a banking environment. The role focuses on IT contract review and negotiation, working with Procurement, Legal and IT stakeholders to manage contractual risks and optimize supplier value.

Formación

Experience in IT procurement or strategic sourcing.
Hands-on IT contract review and negotiation.
Knowledge of procurement processes and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

Support procurement and contracting of IT initiatives across banking environment.
Collaborate with Legal, IT and Procurement stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure contracts support business objectives.
Review contractual terms, identify gaps and risks, and advise stakeholders on implications and mitigations.
Support supplier negotiations to achieve favorable commercial outcomes, including cost savings and avoidance.
Ensure procurement activities comply with Bank policies, processes, standards, and guidelines.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and suppliers throughout the contracting process.
Support a strong risk and compliance culture through clear communication of contractual matters.
