Job summary

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree and 1–2 years in procurement or related functions, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office. Banking/tech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management or related functions.
• Experience reviewing contracts, SOWs, quotations and procurement docs advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving to identify issues.
• Good stakeholder management and communication with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with procurement, outsourcing or third-party risk management is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers on IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with strategic sourcing, group legal and IT stakeholders to optimize value from the supply market.
• Ensure compliance with Bank's policies, standards and guidelines.
• Provide advice on contracts, explain contract gaps and mitigate risks to stakeholders.
• Maintain risk culture through strong communication with stakeholders and colleagues.
