Responsibilities

• Support procurement and contracting of IT initiatives across banking environment.

• Review contractual terms, identify gaps and risks, and advise stakeholders on implications and mitigations.
• Support supplier negotiations to achieve favorable commercial outcomes, including cost savings and avoidance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with Bank policies, processes, standards, and guidelines.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and suppliers throughout the contracting process.
• Support a strong risk and compliance culture through clear communication of contractual matters.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT or related discipline;
• Must have relevant experience in IT procurement, strategic sourcing or IT contract management;
• Hands-on experience reviewing and negotiating IT contracts with suppliers;
• Good understanding of procurement processes, contractual risks and compliance requirements;
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience in banking or financial service;
• Experience in commercial negotiations, cost savings or cost avoidance.
