D L RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking a skilled IT procurement professional to oversee contract management and vendor relationships in a banking or financial services context in Singapore. You will review and negotiate IT contracts, collaborate with legal, IT and procurement colleagues, and help protect value through risk-aware negotiation and compliance with policies and guidelines.

Experience in IT procurement, contract management or vendor management in banking/financial services.
Strong knowledge of IT contracts, licensing, service agreements and procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to identify and mitigate contract risks and ensure policy compliance.
Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

Review and negotiate IT contracts with suppliers on IT initiatives.
Collaborate with strategic sourcing, group legal and IT stakeholders to optimize value from the supply market.
Ensure compliance to policies, process standards and guidelines.
Provide advice on contracts and mitigate contract risks with stakeholders.
Maintain risk culture through clear communication with stakeholders.
