Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT operations professional to provide end-user support and manage workplace technology. You will resolve incidents, oversee Microsoft 365, user access, and device configurations to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include asset/licence management, onboarding/offboarding, governance, and driving continuous improvement through automation and training to enhance the digital workplace.

Qualifications

• University degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in IT operations, infrastructure and project mgmt.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms and governance.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT operations and end-user support across hardware and software.
• Manage workplace technology, Microsoft 365, user access, and devices.
• Oversee IT asset and licence management, inventories, procurement, lifecycle.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Support IT governance, maintain policies, governance registers and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and enable digital workplace through automation and training.
