Job summary

Plurium Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth by acquiring new accounts, nurturing leads, quoting, and closing deals. You will expand the customer base and develop existing accounts in the fast-growing IT asset recovery sector.

The role requires hands-on, entrepreneurial drive, with a focus on hunting for new opportunities and delivering revenue growth for a global provider of pre-owned IT infrastructure hardware.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by proactively reaching out, qualifying prospects, and acquiring new corporate accounts.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support revenue targets.
• Understand products and services portfolio to prepare compelling quotes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to structure proposals and close deals.
• Execute market engagement activities, such as campaigns and events to strengthen brand presence.
• Develop and maintain a regional network of partners to enhance service offerings.
• Record all prospecting, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate operational activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
