Job summary

BYS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a results-driven sales and business development professional to enhance IT market position and drive financial growth. You will prospect new clients, network, and design strategies to win deals.

You will build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners, articulate compelling propositions, and lead solution selling initiatives to maximize revenue and portfolio contribution across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales & business management in IT.
• Strong track record in business acquisition / development.
• Be able to communicate effectively with presentation skills, strong written and oral.
• Articulate and creative in utilizing product and customer knowledge to close deals.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

Responsibilities

• Improve IT market position and achieve financial growth.
• Prospect new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
• Build and maintain key customer relationships as well as channel partners.
• Identify business opportunities, negotiate and close deals and maintain knowledge of market conditions.
• Support in planning marketing efforts of the business.
• Drive ownership of focused initiatives to maximize revenue, margin, attach rate and overall portfolio contribution.
• Define and maintain business development territory plan to execute against to maximize KPIs.
• Engage in team meetings and events to drive business objectives and ensure coordination across business units.
• Support/ Advocate solution selling transformation strategy and company’s solution portfolio.
• Key interactions: Sales, Customers, Business Partners & Affiliated Partners, Product Management.
