Job summary

Allianz Insurance Singapore (AIS) seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth across partnership and direct channels for AIS’s general insurance portfolio. You will expand AIS's distribution footprint in Singapore by cultivating strategic partnerships, managing intermediaries, and developing direct-to-customer opportunities.

You will lead end-to-end sales, identify new markets, and work with underwriting, claims, operations, marketing, and compliance to deliver a seamless partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a business-related field.
• Certifications in Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP), Personal General Insurance (PGI), Commercial General Insurance (ComGl) and Health Insurance (HI) required via Singapore College of Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through partnerships, channels, and direct business opportunities in Singapore.
• Develop and manage strategic partnership agreements to expand AIS's distribution.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to onboarding and deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner and customer experience.
