You will translate priorities into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and monitor market trends impacting Singapore's insurance landscape.

The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence, with experience in analytics tools like

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, finance, or related discipline.
5+ years in strategy, corporate planning, or CEO/strategy office environments.
Proven project management experience with cross-functional delivery.
Strong analytical skills translating data into strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management for executive-presentations.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine Allianz Insurance Singapore's business strategy with executive leadership.
Translate priorities into KPIs and initiative roadmaps across functions.
Lead cross-functional delivery and validation of strategic proposals with buy-in from stakeholders.
Monitor regulatory dynamics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
