Job summary

Allianz Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager of Ops & IT Strategy planning for the Asia Pacific Regional Office. You will drive annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategic roadmaps with senior stakeholders across regional offices and operating entities for Insurance Operations and IT.

You will produce insights and recommend transformation roadmaps for endorsement and decision making, partnering with the Head of Ops & IT Strategy Planning and Regional COO, while supporting KPIs review

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Insurance studies; Masters or related certs are a plus.
• 8-10 years experience with at least 5 years in business planning, management consulting or transformation programs, preferably in insurance Ops/IT.
• Excellent executive communication and strategic proposition skills.
• Advanced data analytics with ability to translate metrics into insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive Strategic Dialogue and Planning Dialogue for AZAP Ops & IT within Regional Office and Operating Entities.
• Be the main contact for Ops & IT planning activities and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Provide market insights to Regional Ops & IT community.
• Build and enhance Regional Ops & IT strategies aligned with Group direction.
• Deliver Regional Ops & IT Storyboards for RCOO presentations.
