Julius Baer seeks a strategic professional to support the Group CEO and Executive Board in defining and delivering the Group's long-term direction. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, synthesize insights, and present high-impact strategic content for senior leadership.

The role focuses on strategic projects, market intelligence, and shaping the corporate strategy process with strong execution.

Qualifications

Top-tier university education focused on corporate strategy, finance or structured problem solving.
Proven ability to communicate complex ideas simply to senior audiences.
Strong analytical and white-space problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive the development and implementation of the Group's long-term strategic direction, aligning programmes across the organisation.
Lead and contribute to high-visibility, Group-level strategic initiatives, providing analysis and recommendations.
Drive strategic intelligence through market, competitor, and internal analyses to inform decision-making and shape the corporate strategy process.
Design and deliver strategic initiatives and projects from concept to implementation.
Support the strategic cycle, including preparing for strategy offsites and results presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive cross-unit projects forward and ensure strong delivery and alignment.
Develop high-quality strategic content for senior management and the CEO, including presentations and reports.
