Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Banking or Finance.
• Proficient and conversant in Japanese.
• More than 7 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk management in banking.
• Familiarity with risk frameworks and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supports risk framework setup, operation and reporting across the bank.
• Identifies, assesses and mitigates enterprise risks with stakeholders.
• Contributes to management reporting and risk reviews for committees.
• Ensures collaboration between risk lines and internal/external reviews.
• Demonstrates integrity, diligence and strong stakeholder engagement.
