Job summary

Julius Baer in Singapore is seeking a Business Manager to support the Asia & Middle East GPS organisation. The role partners with product teams on business and operational matters, leads cross-functional initiatives, and coordinates governance, budgeting, and KPI tracking to deliver clear business outcomes.

The position reports to the Head of Business Management (Asia & Middle East) and requires strong stakeholder management, planning, and financial analysis skills within private banking context.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of private banking knowledge and experience, specifically in a business management role.
• Knowledge in capital markets processes is a plus.
• Relevant higher educational and professional background.
• Good command of financial analytical skills.
• Strong commercial judgement, business acumen and a broad understanding of the financial markets and products.

Responsibilities

• Partner product teams on business and operational matters, including new requirements and workflow enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects, driving alignment across functions.
• Support GPS location Singapore in governance, regulatory and business responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Oversee centralised reporting, planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
• Assist in internalising external or contract employees and coordinate end-to-end processes.
• Support cost governance frameworks (e.g. travel) and maintain data integrity.
