Julius Baer seeks a Business Manager for Asia & Middle East to support GPS with cross-functional initiatives, governance, budgeting, and centralized reporting. The role partners product teams, drives process improvements, and coordinates key initiatives across locations.

You will manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timely data, KPI tracking, and compliant operations in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Formación

• 5-10 years of private banking knowledge and experience, specifically in a business management role.
• Knowledge in capital markets processes is a plus.
• Relevant higher educational and professional background.
• Good command of financial analytical skills.
• Strong commercial judgement, business acumen and a broad understanding of the financial markets and products.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner product teams on business and operational matters, including new requirements/processes, workflow enhancements.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects, bringing together relevant stakeholders.
• Support GPS location responsible for Singapore in governance, regulatory, and branch-wide initiatives.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
• Oversee centralised reporting, inventory, and distribution, serving as a single point of contact for all reports.
