Job summary

Julius Baer seeks a strategic professional to help shape the Group's direction by translating ambition into priorities and measurable actions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive key strategic initiatives and ensure clear, actionable plans across the organisation.

In this role you will collaborate with Front, Finance, COO and Communications to deliver high-impact projects, support strategy offsites, and prepare for full-year and half-year results presentations.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of the Group’s long-term strategic direction.
• Lead and contribute to high-visibility Group-level strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and internal analyses to inform decisions.
• Design and deliver strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Support the strategic cycle, including offsites and results presentations.
• Collaborate with Front, Finance, COO, and Communications to drive cross-unit projects.
• Develop high-quality strategic content for senior management and the CEO.
