Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking a Manager, Industry Talent Partner to oversee employer engagement and IWSP opportunities within assigned industry sectors. The role supports SIT’s mission to develop industry-ready graduates by partnering with employers and coordinating IWSP postings and approvals.

You will manage a defined portfolio, build strong industry relationships and ensure timely, compliant engagement with employers and students across SIT programmes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience in business development, account management, or career services.
• Strong interest in developing talent pipelines and creating meaningful career and work-study opportunities for students and graduates.
• Good understanding of employer needs, recruitment practices and industry trends; familiarity with work-integrated learning is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with employers and internal partners.
• Organised, analytical and able to manage multiple employer accounts and deliver outcomes within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of employers within clusters and industry sectors; be the primary contact for engagement and IWSP-related matters.
• Develop and sustain employer partnerships to support IWSP, graduate hiring and early career opportunities.
• Coordinate IWSP opportunities from outreach to posting and approval in SIT’s portal; align requirements with programme needs.
• Maintain accurate engagement records in CRM and related systems; track action items and progress.
• Support planning and execution of employer engagement events such as career talks, industry briefings and recruitment sessions.
• Monitor IWSP application and offer progress; resolve routine queries and escalate when needed.
