Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition or related job-matching functions.
• Candidates with prior track records in talent acquisition within Singapore’s Wholesale Trade sector will be favoured.
• Ability to design and deliver SME capability development clinics aligned to industry needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead job aggregation workflows across WST companies, ensuring QA of job descriptions and alignment with skills taxonomy.
• Coordinate with employment facilitation partners to match WST sector jobs to talent.
• Ensure timely distribution of jobs to matching platforms and track conversion from outreach to placement.
• Surface insights from employer engagements and dashboards to inform programme design.
• Maintain dashboards to track job aggregation, placement outcomes, and KPI performance.
• Represent JSIT-WST at industry events and coordinate co-branded campaigns with ecosystem partners.
