Job summary

CIBT is seeking an experienced Immigration Manager in Singapore to lead service delivery, complex casework and team performance. You will provide strategic immigration advice, manage key accounts, mentor staff and ensure quality and compliance across operations.

You will also support business development, keep up to date with immigration rules, and help drive SLAs and reporting while supervising invoicing and credit control as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven immigration advisory and leadership experience.
• Ability to write clearly with appropriate legal terminology for clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and project oversight on complex cases.
• Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead immigration service delivery for complex casework and key accounts.
• Mentor and supervise the reporting team, manage performance and training.
• Manage client relationships, including strategic guidance and business development.
• Oversee compliance, invoicing, credit control and quarterly reporting.
• Develop and implement annual account management programs with cross‑functional teams.
