(SPIC) is seeking an Immigration Consultant in Singapore to drive client success through expert advice, relationship building, and effective sales strategies while delivering excellent customer service. You will engage prospects, respond to client inquiries with clear immigration guidance, and secure appointments while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum "O" Level education or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve a diverse client base.
• Previous experience in immigration consultancy or related fields is preferred but not required due to provided training.
• Demonstrated independence, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets by proactively engaging prospects and clients
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries to provide clear immigration guidance
• Secure appointments and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize client contracts to ensure mutual agreement and compliance
• Manage client expectations, resolve complaints, and address sales-related issues to maintain satisfaction
• Report progress and updates regularly to the General Manager or Managing Director
