Job summary

CIBT seeks a Vice President, Global Immigration Service Delivery (Asia Pacific) based in Singapore to lead regional immigration operations, service delivery, and business performance. This senior role drives excellence, compliance, profitability, and transformation while building high-performing regional teams.

The candidate will partner with global leaders, Sales, and Account Management to support strategic clients and growth, advancing operating models and automation across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in immigration services, global mobility, or a related industry.
• 5+ years leading large, multi-country operational or service delivery teams.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across the Asia Pacific region.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulatory environments.
• Experience leading operational transformation and technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop corporate immigration service delivery strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Lead a regional leadership team across multiple countries and service centers.
• Drive scalable operating models, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with executives and clients to deliver exceptional service and growth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and excellent client outcomes across Asia Pacific.
