Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support the SENA region from Singapore with a hybrid model (3 days in office). You will advise senior leaders, drive HR strategy, and lead talent initiatives aligned with CrowdStrike’s mission to stop breaches.

The role requires 8+ years of HR experience, strong business acumen, and experience partnering with Sales/GTM functions. Proficiency in Workday and familiarity with multi-jurisdictional employment laws are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• HRBP experience in complex tech environments preferred.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate business needs into HR strategy.
• Experience supporting Sales and GTM functions.
• Familiarity with employment law across multiple jurisdictions in SENA.
• Experience coordinating new entity setup, market expansion, or HR infra buildout.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders across the SENA region.
• Partner with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with sound judgment.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose solutions.
• Support change management during org transformations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across the region.
• Coordinate performance management, compensation reviews, and succession planning.
• Lead in-country setup and market entry activities in new markets.
