Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the SENA region from Singapore, operating in a hybrid model (3 days in office). You will guide senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategies, and HR programs aligned with CrowdStrike’s mission.

The role requires 8+ years of HR experience, strong business acumen, and a track record in Sales/GTM support, multi-jurisdiction employment law, and AI-enabled HR processes. Bachelor’s degree and Workday experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as HRBP supporting complex organizations, preferably in tech.
• Experience supporting Sales and GTM functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience coordinating new entity setup and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders across the SENA region, guiding organizational design and workforce planning.
• Partner with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with sound judgment and consistency.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose proactive actions.
• Support change management during organizational transformations.
