Qualifications

• Desire to build a successful career in technology sales.
• Ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
• Competitive yet collaborative mindset with a team focus.
• Strong presentation skills, in person and virtual.
• Cybersecurity/SAAS background is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to cover Taiwan-based customers.
• Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage prospective customers to identify new CrowdStrike opportunities by phone.
• Lead a structured sales process from prospecting to closure.
• Discover and drive opportunities within Corporate or Enterprise accounts.
• Conduct high-level discovery calls with C-suite and VPs.
• Develop cybersecurity product expertise and industry thought leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and channel partners to execute GTM strategies.
• Provide high-touch customer service including escalation and issue coordination.
• Build deep knowledge of CrowdStrike products and competitive landscape.
