Job summary

SINDA is seeking a proactive HR professional in Singapore to oversee recruitment, employee experience, and HR operations. You will handle end-to-end hiring for various contract and permanent roles, manage ATS data, and support budgeting and analytics to improve processes while contributing to social impact.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, stakeholder collaboration, and a strong focus on the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and systems improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; IHRP certification advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations in-house, agency or shared services.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and fair employment practices; experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data analysis and reporting capabilities; familiarity with data visualisation tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, temporary, part-time and internship roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and sourcing strategies.
• Draft and publish job advertisements across platforms and actively source candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct onsite/virtual interviews, coordinate logistics and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Prepare employment contracts and lifecycle letters; maintain ATS and recruitment databases.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports for management review.
• Maintain HRIS employee records and support budgeting exercises.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and analytics for management decision-making.
• Support procurement processes and monitor HR budget utilisation.
