Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to develop and manage HR policies, onboarding, performance, and engagement across a growing SME in Singapore.

You will lead recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with department heads to align roles with business needs. The role also covers learning & development planning, budgeting, and continuous HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience developing HR policies, employee handbooks and employment practices.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and HR guidelines.
• Experience in learning & development, performance management or employee engagement.
• Exposure to workforce planning and HR budgeting advantageous.
• Experience in SME/growing organisations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Company’s Employee Handbook, HR policies and employment guidelines.
• Prepare and review employment contracts, offer letters and HR documentation in accordance with Singapore requirements.
• Establish clear HR processes covering recruitment, onboarding, probation, performance, leave, and development.
• Review existing HR practices and recommend improvements as the Company grows.
• Lead recruitment for key positions and build talent pipelines.
• Define roles and candidate profiles with management and department heads.
• Develop recruitment strategies and identify channels to attract talent.
• Improve candidate screening, interviewing and assessment processes.
• Support longer-term manpower and succession planning.
• Develop and implement annual training and development plan.
• Identify skill gaps and future capability needs with department heads.
• Recommend courses and development programmes; manage budget.
• Track training participation and program effectiveness.
• Onboarding, probation and performance review processes.
• Support managers in setting expectations and standards.
• Identify high-potential employees for development and succession planning.
• Suggest recognition and improvement initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare and culture initiatives.
