SDN ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations in Singapore.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and talent development to support business goals. As a strategic HR partner, you will guide manpower planning, budgeting, and policy development, and you will design engagement initiatives while maintaining HRIS accuracy and data-driven insights to inform leadership

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management
Employee relations, compensation, talent development, and offboarding
Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, providing guidance on manpower planning, budgeting, and employee-related matters
Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to align with evolving regulations and industry best practices
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
Oversee learning and development needs analysis, training budget administration, and course coordination
Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate reporting and documentation; analyse data to support insights-driven decision-making
Support general office administration, including workspace planning, travel arrangements, procurement, and other operational support functions.
