Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of HR (Singapore), you will play a key advisor on talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, and change management to a group of employees in your assigned portfolio. In addition, you will represent the HR function in cross‑functional initiatives and external engagements, working closely with the Centre of Excellence (COEs) to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement in collaboration with the People Development team
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth
- Collaborate on workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount management
- Analyze HR data and deliver reports to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; support policy development and updates
- Coach and mentor managers to build leadership capabilities and enhance team performance
- Lead and develop a high‑performing HRBP team; deputize for the Head of HR when required
- Represent the company at industry events, universities, and on social media to promote employer branding
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR generalist role
- Proven experience in a global matrix organization with regional or international HR collaboration
- In‑depth knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR compliance practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, manage multiple HR initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and commercial acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable working with HR analytics and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
