Inchcape Shipping Services in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to align the workforce with business goals, directing hiring, onboarding, payroll and compliance in a fast paced maritime services environment.
You will partner with line managers, drive salary reviews, manage outsourced payroll, and handle employee relations while protecting confidentiality and ensuring adherence to Singapore employment law. Degree in Business or HR and 6+ years' experience are expected.
