Job summary

Dyson Singapore - Technology Centre is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with SEA leadership, shaping people strategy to attract, develop and retain top talent across SEA markets.

You will drive talent management, organizational change, and core HR processes, ensuring people practices align with business goals. This role reports to the SEA leadership and collaborates with regional HR teams to deliver Dyson’s people strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience as a strategic business partner.
• Experience in matrix/global organizations.
• Experience in entrepreneurial, engineering, retail or tech sectors desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills.
• Coaching skills and a passion for developing people.
• Understanding of change management both operationally and strategically.

• Contribute to HR KPIs and reports; advise on policy and practice.
