Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior OD Partner – HR Operational & Process Excellence in Singapore to drive continuous improvement across global HR processes. You will lead end-to-end process redesign, standardization, and governance to boost efficiency and user experience.

You will partner with HR operations and technology teams to define KPIs, monitor performance, and translate process needs into automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Human resources.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in HR transformation and AI-enabled process automation.
• Prior HR Business Partnering or HR Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, redesign, and improvement of end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Simplify and standardize the People operating model to improve consistency, scalability, service delivery, and user experience.
• Ensure HR processes are standardized, locally appropriate, compliant, audit-ready, and supported by effective controls.
• Establish global process standards, governance frameworks, documentation, and clear process ownership.
• Partner with HR operations teams to define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs, service metrics, process performance, and data quality.
• Partner with HR Technology, IT, and business teams to optimize the technology roadmap and translate process needs into effective system, workflow, automation, and self-service solutions.
• Use insights and analytics to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and inform technology investment decisions.
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and capability building to embed operational excellence across HR.
