• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. HRBP roles supporting senior executives.
• Experience in matrixed, multinational environments.
• Expertise in organisational design, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
• Strong business acumen linking people strategies to performance and growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive coaching.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with workforce analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for global audiences.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced innovating organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leaders shaping people strategies.
• Partner with leaders to design talent strategies including workforce and succession planning.
• Lead organisational design and effectiveness initiatives.

• Provide governance across the employee lifecycle and ensure compliance.
