Job summary

Dyson Singapore Technology Centre is seeking a Senior OD Partner to drive global HR process improvement, standardization, and governance. You will identify opportunities to simplify processes, increase automation, and enable AI-enabled HR capabilities to enhance data quality and user experience.

You will lead change management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable HR solutions across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, redesign, and improvement of HR end-to-end processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Standardize the People operating model for consistency and scalability.
• Ensure HR processes are compliant, audit-ready, and supported by controls.
• Establish global process standards, governance, documentation, and ownership.
• Partner with HR operations to monitor KPIs, service metrics, and data quality.
• Collaborate with HR Tech, IT and business teams to optimise the technology roadmap and automation.
• Lead change management and capability building to embed operational excellence.
