Job summary
Dyson Institute in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Talent Manager to design and deliver talent initiatives across leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, and performance management. You will partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to accelerate leadership capability and sustain a high-performance culture globally.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, or related disciplines.
- Experience managing succession planning and talent review processes in a global organisation.
- Strong understanding of performance management methodologies and talent assessment practices.
- Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development programmes.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead succession planning processes with HR and business leaders.
- Lead talent review activities across functions and regions.
- Design and deliver leadership development initiatives.
- Support the design and execution of performance management processes.
- Lead enterprise talent programmes including high-potential development, mentoring, coaching, and leadership acceleration initiatives.
- Analyze talent data and generate insights for governance and investment.
