Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a commercially driven Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR operations across the employee lifecycle in Singapore. This hands-on role combines strategic workforce planning with operational HR activities to optimise talent, payroll integrity and rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Hands-on in full-spectrum HR operations including payroll and incentives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, partnering with business leaders on hiring strategies and talent pipelines.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and confirmation to performance management, transfers and exits.
• Manage payroll and commission administration, ensuring accuracy, timely processing and statutory compliance.
• Work closely with Finance on payroll reconciliation, budgeting and workforce cost reporting.
• Drive compensation, benefits and rewards programmes, including salary benchmarking, annual reviews, bonuses and incentive schemes.
• Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, statutory requirements and internal HR policies.
• Lead HR audits, governance and risk management across contracts, payroll and employee matters.
• Analyse HR data such as headcount, attrition, hiring and payroll costs to support business decisions.
• Drive HR digitalisation, HRIS improvements, automation and process optimisation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience across full-spectrum HR operations, including payroll and commission/incentive administration.
