Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years in Human Resources, including at least 5 years as HR Business Partner.
Experience in the semiconductor front-end industry or similar high-tech environment.
Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrated ability to build trust with employees and managers at all levels.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Align HR initiatives with business objectives as a strategic partner to management.
Provide data-driven HR insights and guidance to management.
Lead investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Coach line managers on performance management, including development and discipline.
Support development and deployment of HR programs and policies.
Drive talent development, training needs, and internal mobility.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards.
Support site audits and CAPA with stakeholders.
