RIGHT SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage a full spectrum of HR functions, from strategy and planning to talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, compensation, and compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within deadlines.

Competenze

• Min Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or equivalent or 3 years similar practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Preferable with WhyzeHR experience
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels
• Well-organized and able to work independently within deadlines.

Mansioni

• Manage full-spectrum of HR functions including strategy, planning, talent acquisition, training, performance, compensation, and compliance.
