Job summary

YONG FU EATING HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to manage daily HR operations, oversee payroll, and drive manpower planning in Singapore. You will supervise the HR team, ensure compliance with Singapore employment law, and handle employee relations across the organisation.

The role requires proven leadership, payroll expertise, and strong knowledge of IRAS, MOM, and PDPA requirements, with a focus on building a compliant and efficient HR function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proven experience supervising and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and MOM requirements.
• Practical knowledge of IR8A / AIS and IR21 / IRAS employment tax matters.
• Strong payroll and CPF knowledge.
• Experience with Info-Tech HRMS / Payroll /Attendance / Leave systems or equivalent.
• Knowledge of EP, S Pass and Work Permit matters.
• Knowledge of WICA and PDPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR team and operations across all HR functions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll processing, CPF, leaves and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM requirements and PDPA.
• Handle foreign worker passes and work permit matters.
• Oversee government grants and workforce schemes.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs and process improvements.
• Prepare HR reports and provide management with insights.
• Support manpower planning and organisational development.
• Drive workforce engagement and culture initiatives.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to authorities.
