Job summary

PLUTO SYSTEM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore.

You will develop and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, and support business objectives through effective people management. The role covers recruitment, payroll coordination, policy development, and employee relations, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and data protection.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience to manage operations
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and related regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with regulations
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act and Singapore labour laws
• Coordinate work pass applications with authorities
• Administer performance appraisals and career development
• Advise management on HR matters to foster a positive work environment
• Prepare HR reports and manpower analytics
• Maintain confidential employee records
• Support organizational development and change management
• Manage HR budgets and administrative duties
